Council Tool Pulaski Axe

Combination axe blade on one end and a mattock blade for digging or grubbing on the other end. Forged steel head, heat treated working ends produce fine grain structure and RC 45-55 Rockwell hardeness value for safety, edge holding and toughness. Hand sharpened, single bit edge and mattock blade. Double bit American hickory handle, with axe head hydraulically seated onto handle with a serrated aluminium wedge. Total length 0.9m with 11cm wide axe head and 8cm wide mattock head. Includes rubber sheath for blades. Weight 2.5kg. Made in USA by Council Tool Company.
