It measures wind speed, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, altitude, dewpoint, wet bulb temp, heat stress, density altitude and wind chill. This compact, handheld device includes a digital compass to provide wind direction, crosswind, and tailwind/headwind.Customisable data storage (auto or manual memory stores) with up to 10,000 data points with a graphical display of data. The Kestrel 5500 is waterproof, dust-proof, and floats meaning it can withstand harsh conditions. Included with the weather meter are a lanyard and a soft carry pouch.Other features include a patented user-replaceable impeller and a quick-response external thermistor.Standard model without LiNK version.
