Bushpro Speed Spade

Heavy duty planting spades with blades made from 3mm thick stainless steel, heat treated to Rockwell C 38-45. Hickory shaft stained blue or brown with UV protectant. Comfort "D" handle for ergonomics. Handle colour can vary depending upon stock.

Total length (tip to top of handle): 85cm. Weight 1.3kg. Blade size: 21cm long x 9.5cm wide at top, tapering slightly to 7cm wide towards the bottom of the blade. Slightly narrower blade than the Hiballer Spade. Optimal amount of crank and offset, allowing the handle to stay closer to the body making the spade easier to use and safer. The length of the spade can be shortened by unscrewing the yellow D handle and cutting the shaft to the desired length, then rescrewing the handle back on (pre-drill a screw hole in the shaft).
